The Post Office Cafe
Spring 2022

The Post Office Cafe is a Net Zero building that was worked on over the course of two semesters. The goal of the project was to incorporate systems to allow the building to be as efficient as possible. Optimization of the building was calculated using EUI benchmarks, Insight EUI, Solar PV calculations, and the addition of a ventilated/double- skin facade. The proposed post office is located in White Sands, NM.
